This Privacy Policy outlines how AIdeate Solutions manages your Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") of Singapore. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

1. Collection of Personal Data

We generally do not collect your Personal Data unless (a) it is provided to us voluntarily by you directly or via a third party who has been duly authorized by you to disclose your Personal Data to us (your "authorized representative") after (i) you (or your authorized representative) have been notified of the purposes for which the data is collected, and (ii) you (or your authorized representative) have provided written consent to the collection and usage of your Personal Data for those purposes, or (b) collection and use of personal data without consent is permitted or required by the PDPA or other laws.

We may collect the following data from you:

  • Full Name

  • Email address

  • Organisation Name

  • LinkedIn Profile

  • Information about your professional status, business challenge, event details, workshop details, services needed, etc, that is pertinent to the inquiry of the service you have asked for

  • Any Queries or feedback shared by the user in the connect/contact forms

  • Cookies and usage data (via Squarespace Analytics)

2. Purposes of Collection

We collect and use your Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To send you our newsletter, blog updates, and promotional materials related to our content.

  • To analyse website traffic and user behaviour to improve our blog content (via anonymised cookies).

  • To respond to your business queries or feedback.

  • To analyse your professional status, business challenge, event details, workshop details, services needed, etc, that are pertinent to the inquiry of the service you have asked for

  • To contact you regarding your coaching inquiry and schedule sessions. To assess your suitability for the coaching program. To send you relevant administrative information and updates.   

3. Disclosure of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. However, your data may be disclosed to the following third-party service providers to facilitate our operations:

Squarespace, Inc.: For website hosting and email campaign management.

Google Analytics: For website traffic analysis.

Google Forms/Sheets: For storage of data from forms submitted by users for Coaching, Mentorship and the Main business connect form.

4. Transfer of Personal Data Overseas

Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which uses servers located in the United States and other countries. By providing us with your Personal Data, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your Personal Data to servers located outside Singapore. We have taken steps to ensure that the foreign recipient of the personal data is subject to legally enforceable obligations to provide the transferred personal data with a standard of protection at least comparable to that under the PDPA.

5. Withdrawal of Consent

The consent that you provide for the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data will remain valid until it is withdrawn by you in writing. You may withdraw consent and request us to stop using and/or disclosing your personal data for any or all of the purposes listed above by:

  • Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of any of our newsletter emails.

  • Contact our Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided below.

6. Access and Correction of Personal Data

If you wish to make (a) an access request for access to a copy of the personal data which we hold about you or information about how we use or disclose your personal data, or (b) a correction request to correct or update any of your personal data which we hold about you, you may submit your request in writing or via email to our Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided below.

7. Accuracy of Personal Data

We generally rely on personal data you provide (or your authorised representative). To ensure your personal data is current, complete, and accurate, please notify our Data Protection Officer of any changes.

8. Retention of Personal Data

We may retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws. We will cease to retain your personal data, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purpose for which the personal data was collected, and is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.
