Who is this assessment designed for?

The assessment is designed for executives and senior professionals who are considering or navigating a career transition — whether they have recently left a role, are planning to leave, feel plateaued or unfulfilled, or have a direction in mind but feel stuck between where they are and where they want to be. It is part of the Liminal Spaces Coaching programme at Aideate Solutions.

What are the four transition stages?

The four stages are: Still Anchored (0–24), where you know something needs to change but are still more held by what was than drawn toward what could be; In the Threshold (25–49), where you are in the liminal space between identities — disorienting but generative; Crossing (50–74), where you have done significant inner and outer work and the transition is real and moving; and Emerging (75–100), where you are stepping into your next chapter with clarity, narrative, and momentum.

How is this different from a standard career assessment?

Most career assessments ask what your skills are or what type of worker you are. This assessment asks a fundamentally different question: how ready are you for the transition itself — not where you are going, but where you are in the psychological, practical, and identity process of getting there. It is built on the Liminal Spaces coaching framework and is designed to meet you where you actually are, not where you think you should be.
